Warranty

  • 30-Day Repair Warranty on parts & labor for the specific issue we fixed. Physical or liquid damage voids warranty.
  • Diagnostics and data recovery services are not covered by warranty.
  • Third-party tampering during the warranty period voids coverage.

Returns & Exchanges (Accessories)

  • 14 days for unopened, resellable condition with receipt.
  • Opened screen protectors, used cables, and hygiene-sensitive items are final sale.
  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded per inspection.

Turnaround & Quotes

  • Most popular repairs are same-day. Complex board work may require additional time.
  • Quotes are good for 7 days; pricing can vary by part availability.

Data & Liability

  • Please back up your data. While we take great care, we are not responsible for data loss.
  • Devices with prior damage or corrosion may have additional issues discovered during service.
